This is followed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Iceland. The top ten ranking also included Oman, Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway, Switzerland, Rwanda and Qatar. Of the closest neighbors, Kazakhstan has bypassed only Tajikistan (49th place). Kyrgyzstan (98), Russia (109) and Ukraine (127) were less secure.
