The latest events in the sphere of Kazakh economy and investment in real estate business show it's less stability. It's less profitable for businessmen who get mortgage loans from local banks and realize them in apartment renting system is less.
Analytic agents of KN have found out that profitability from the bank deposit is higher for banks than renting an apartment.
As an example, they took an apartment for 18 million tenges with a mortgage loan in Astana. Then tried to give for rent with a monthly income of 100 000 tenges.

And bank's mortgage loan is 14% from 18 million which annually put up to 2,7 million tenges. Subsequently, if they credit their monthly profit from renting an apartment to a bank under 14%, they will receive T1,055 million.
Estimating such financial instability in real estate business, it isn't necessary to expect the increase in prices for real estate, rent of apartments in Astana in the next two years.
