The government of Kazakhstan approved (the resolution No. 1131 of December 30, 2015) rules of encouragement of the persons who report about the fact of a corruption will be given a financial reward, Zakon.kz reports.

According to the resolution, these following measures are taken from the Law of Kazakhstan "About Corruption Counteraction":

— on administrative cases of corruption offenses equals to 30 monthly settlement indicators (MSI);

— on criminal cases about corruption crimes of small weight equals to 40 MSI;

— on criminal cases about corruption crimes of average weight equals to 50 MSI;

— on criminal cases about serious corruption crimes equals to 70 MSI;

— on criminal cases about especially serious corruption crimes equals to 100 MSI.

The resolution was enacted since January 1, 2016, and is offered to official publication.
