From the very beginning of the last year, a number citizens of Kazakhstan who wants to leave country searching better-living conditions abroad was increased rapidly. The tendency of outflow of citizens to other countries on the permanent residence is becoming the state issue.

According to Committee of statistics of the Ministry of the National Economy of Kazakhstan, in the country growth of number leaving the country on the permanent residence to other countries is observed again. So, if the number of emigrants during the period since 2000 was steadily reduced, for example, in 2004 there were over 65 thousand people, in 2005 was 52 139, and in 2006 was about 33 thousand. Moreover, till 2013 when their number reached 24 384 persons, it wasn't a problem in the state level.

That since 2014 is an observed growth of number leaving abroad again. So if for all 2014 the quantity of the left made 29 thousand, only in 10 months 2015, according to statisticians, this indicator exceeded 25 thousand people.

In addition, along with the growth of number leaving Kazakhstan, also, the number of people interested to the citizenship of our country decreases. The most mass inflow was in 2005, it was about more than 75 thousand people. However, this indicator began to decline. In 2014 to Kazakhstan there arrived slightly more than 16 thousand people.

We will note, in two years the number of the diaspora who came back to the historical homeland decreased by 10 times. In 20 years to Kazakhstan, 955 thousand ethnic Kazakhs moved, the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Kazakhstan Birzhan Nurymbetov told.
