Press Service of Kazakh Leader announced the new photo competition "Independence in a View of Kazakh Citizens".

According to an official page of Akorda in Facebook, the new competition is dated to the 25th anniversary of the independence of Kazakhstan.

As written in a requirement for competitors, any pictures made, at least, in the last quarter of the century, including photos were made by mobile phones are being accepted.

Admission prepared one million tenges to the winner, where the professional camera is for the second place. And the third place winner will get the tablet.

The press secretary of the Head-of-State Dauren Abayev, the music producer Bayan Esentayeva, photographers Valery Korenchuk, Elmar Akhmetov and Damir Otegen will choose the best photos.

The competition is being held from February 18 to April 18, 2016.
