"In Kazakhstan, 17 thousand job vacancies remain without offering because a skill level of university graduates don't match to particular requirements. This problem will be solved only if employers participate in the training process," the Minister for Health and Social Development Tamara Duysenova declared.
According to Minister, National system of qualification consisting of eight steps is applied in the developed states of the world. Depending on a skill level citizens receive a certain volume of work and a salary.
"The system of qualification which applied in our country consists of three levels. They are secondary, average professional and higher education. As a result to citizens having the degree of the bachelor, master or Ph.D. are volume identical to work and salary, despite their education level," Mrs. Duysenova declared.
Moreover, educational institutions have to make changes to educational programs according to the presented educational standards.
