The price for petrol in Kazakhstan will be raised because of the average price in Russia.

As Sauat Mynbayev, the chairman of the board of JSC KazMunaiGas, said in the briefing in Astana, retail prices for gasoline are going up. that's why to remain the petrol price in current level isn't convenient to KazMunaiGas.
