Kazakh Energy Minister Vladimir Shkolnik said that Kazakhstan agrees to help to save the balance supply in order to stabilize the oil price. But Kazakhstan is not going to freeze oil production.

During the session in Kazakh Parliament, Mr. Shkolnik noted that Kazakhstan had already reduced oil production by 4 million tons. If every oil production country does it in this way, there will be no problem with the price of oil.

"We haven't received the official invitation for participation to the OPEC and non-OPEC countries on oil production freezing yet," Energy Minister said.

In turn, Alexander Novak, Energy Minister of Russia, hope that Kazakhstan, as well as Azerbaijan, will join the decision to freeze the oil supply. Azerbaijan had already expressed its consolidation to this point.

As Vladimir Shkolnik noted earlier, Kazakhstan had reduced planned oil volume for 2016 from 77 million to 74 million tons.

And experts assure that Kazakhstan could have problems with potential investors as soon as oil production freezing.
