Almaty. 4 April. 7kun.kz - The company Rubi Ros Agricol, which lost its court in London, paid Kazakhstan 500 thousand pounds (197.6 million KZT), reports LS referring to the Ministry of Justice. On 5 April, the  pounds were transferred to the account of the legal company  Curtis( legal consultant of the government of the Kazakhstan). In accordance with approved procedure  money will go to the  republican budget. Recall, the High Court of Justice in London on March 8, 2017 ruled in favor of Kazakhstan, rejecting the application of "Ruby Rose Agricole" on the annulment of the arbitral award of August 1, 2013.
