Nur Otan had already won election race

Experts claim that political parties had already shown their incapability to compete with "Nur Otan" in the parliamentary election, looking to the list of candidates from each party.

112 vs. 127

According to Central Electoral Commission data, the pre-election campaign will start on February 20. It's enough to look for the quantitative index of the candidate lists to know which party has more privileges in this political race, according to Informburo.kz.

Ak Zhol, the second largest political party in Kazakhstan, proposed its 35 candidates to the upcoming election when Nur Otan, Kazakh Leader's party, ordered the place for 127 candidates and they will not pay election payment because Nur Otan had more than 7 percent in previews election campaign. Proposes from other candidates:

- PSDP has 28 candidates;

- Communistic party has 22 candidates;

- Auil has 19 candidates;

- Birlik has 8 candidates.

If to count all candidate from political parties, excluding Nur Otan, we will get the number of 112. This is less than Nur Otan's submitted nominees. Nursultan Nazarbayev's party proposed 127 candidates for new places in Parliament.

Two-way argument

"Maybe, some of our citizens think that political parties hadn't enough time to prepare for election because of the snap election decision," Kazbek Beysebayev, public figure, says. " I suppose that everybody is confident about that Nur Otan will get more places in the lower house of Kazakh Parliament".

Actually, the majority of parties started preparing actively for the next electoral period, which is going to be held this year, in 2012-2013. In fact, almost all registered political parties created official websites where they regularly published information about party life.

According to political scientist Talgat Kaliev, who lives in Moscow, Russia, Each party will go to election campaign with ambitions and perspective programs. In Kazakhstan, political associations work in an alternative way. Nur Otan will pretend minimum to 75 percent stake in an election. All other parties have to set up their accomplishments to one-fourth place of Majilis.

Just one question

To understand obvious incapability of political parties to have a contest with powerful Nur Otan party at the upcoming parliamentary elections, just one question has to be asked from all residents of Kazakhstan.

"Do you think that political parties had already given to Nur Otan best opportunities in setting up the lower house of parliament?"
