Kazakh PM and President of European Investment Bank discussed coop issues

The prime minister of Kazakhstan and the President of the World bank signed the agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development on establishment and functioning of offices in Kazakhstan.

The signing of the new Constituent agreement will strengthen further cooperation between Kazakhstan and the World Bank and will give the chance completely to realize the Framework agreement on partnership signed in May 2014 for maintenance of joint efforts in a sustainable development and inclusive growth.

Kazakhstan joined Group of the World Bank in 1992. For years of Independence, Kazakhstan was invested in 45 projects for the sum of 7.9 billion US dollars by the World bank. Today the program of the World Bank in Kazakhstan is concentrated on institutional development in education, health care, innovations, and also transport infrastructure and environmental protection.
