The list of debtors included such countries as Libya, Bahrain, Mali, Marshall Islands, Vanuatu, Dominican Republic, Saint Vincent and Grenadines, Burundi. Also, in the list, there was also Venezuela which has to pay $3 million to General Assembly till February of the current year.
