Sinooil, Chinese network of gas stations in Kazakhstan, has paid 22 million tenges fine for unreasonably increasing the price of gasoline.
According to Adel Kaliev, the chief of investigation department on the regulation of domestic monopolies, associate workers made an investigation on petrol prices in KazMunaiGas, Sinoil and Helios gas stations.
As became clear by results, Sinooil increased the prices for AI-92 and AI-95 brands of petrol. Subsequently, the company was fined 22 million tenges.
Helios board of members decided to challenge the order of committee on regulation domestic monopolies, having appealed to the court.
