This year, about 18,7 thousand workplaces will be created for Astana residents.

According to data of Jobcentre of Astana, slightly fewer vacancies were created last year. It was around 18 389 jobs, and 5 937 people are employed.

For January 2016, Industrial and financial complexes offered 1 565 workplaces.

Moreover, the Jobcentre of capital city hired 310 new residents. In addition, 62 graduates were directed on youth internship programs.
