Dauren Yerdebay, the official representative of interests of JSC Samruk-Kazyna, left the board of directors of KazMunaiGas.
The main reason of such changes of board members is not revealing. According to the local mass media representatives, this is common norms in the restructuring of the management. It became known when JSC KazMunaiGas published an official letter on the website of KASE.
Dauren Yerdebay, ex-board-member the National Company KazMunaiGas, was born on November 20, 1977. He studied in the Kazakh State Academy of Management for an economist in foreign affairs.

- 2009-2013 – Chairman of the board of United Chemical Company LLP;
- 2013 - 2016 - The vice chairman of the board of JSC FNB Samruk-Kazyna left a position in connection with the abolition of a position.
