Prices for the new, well-planned and, even, for old houses increased in real estate market of Kazakhstan. Rent costs also went up in January 2016.

According to the website of Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan, the price of the sale of well-planned housing increased by 3,2%. New apartments went up for 1,6% and old ones grew for 2,9%. Nowadays, the rent for well-planned housing is available to price with 1,4% higher than it was in the previous month.

As reported earlier, real estate price in Kazakhstan raised by 25 times in 15 years. Moreover, housing price increased by 8,7% last year, according to the international real estate agency Knight Frank.
