Cargo delivery through the Caspian sea from Turkey to Kazakhstan was diversified after putting sanctions by Russia concerning the Turkish goods. Freight traffic was reoriented on Baku and Aktau ports.
According to the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs (NCE) of Kazakhstan, the volume of Turkish cargo transportations to Aktau port (Kazakhstan) increased by 10 times since December. That's why there were difficulties with the registration of freights in the following transit.
At the present time, nearly 90 percent of all transportations in this direction are holding by the alternative ways through the ports in Black and Caspian seas.
For acceleration and simplification of procedures for passing vehicles and goods in port, responsible state agencies together with NCE Atameken has to develop the Order of interaction. The transportation control will serve by the principle of "one window".
The cargo carrier has to provide for the simplified check passing previously to a customs check point in Aktau port information on imported goods.
