Kazkommertsbank (KKB) started the program of mortgage loan lending on the purchase of the owned housing which is on bank's balance.

According to KKB officials, a new program of credit rates is being offered from 11% annual in tenge.

Kazakh bank acts both as the creditor and the seller of real estate. And the loan object is presented by mortgage base of the bank. At the present time, KKB has planned to realize about 1 thousand real estate objects with the sum of more than ₸9 billion.
